Data processing

For Get Offers we process identity and contact data plus treatment category, travel timing, optional budget notes, and document-availability flags. We record consent metadata (purpose, policy version, granted, time) without storing a copy of a medical file. Clinic-check requests store the clinic name, optional URL, comment and your email. Operators in the admin interface can see this information to match requests manually. Retention and processor details will be completed after legal review.
